| School school school....I really really wish I was home in bed still. I'm still in this "my life sucks" mode, and I need to get out of it. Not necessarily because there are a whole lot of other people out there who have a worse life than me (which is true, and which is a reason), but because it just hinders the whole problem.
Off to meet with Lisa | | |
| I'm really glad I stayed home tonight, even though my womanly parts craved wendy's, so I went and got it and it was just totally delicious. And, I got at least one thing done. Then, tomorrow, we'll see what happens. I'm realizing that I hadn't posted in a while seeing I have since ended it with the bf, which I'm sad about, but doing fine. I'm liking being at home, spending time to myself, et al.
This semester is going to be interesting. All of my classes seem to be two exams, a big paper, and that's it. Which, or course will all be due at the exact same time. So we'll see how that works out. I'm super psyced about my non-profit class....I will know more about non-profits than my boss! Which will be interesting. I'm excited about the class, except I get nervous about the topic when I don't already know a lot about it already. Which isn't really the point of an educaiton....taking classes you know a lot about. So, it'll go well.
And thus far I've stuck to my work out regimine, every day of school! I just need to loose this womanly vibe and not crave to be eating 24/7. Disgusting. But it'll be ok.
I'm going to a number party this weekend with my sista and brotha. The VanDenBergs will represent.
And, I need to call the rest of the youth group. Another to do.
| I had to write this down ( and potentially share it with people), that my sister and I were talking the other day about how people out east are not that friendly and how people out west were friendlier.
I decided to test it out today by when walking home from the supermarket I smiled at everyone that walked by. No one smiled back at me! And they were mostly young people, faces appeared nice. Ok, so this ruined my world, well, not really, I just wish someone would have smiled.
But then, the unthinkable happened as I was walking up to my apartment building this older couple, probably in their fifties, made eye contact and gave me a friendly hello.
I feel much better about the world now....I can move on.
I may need to move out of this place into a place with windows. I think its getting depressing.
